An expressive Blanc de Noir , with aromas of vine flower and vanilla.

It consists of Pinot Noir and 25 % of reserve wine.

It has fresh and mineral notes , perfectly accord with some sweet dessert .

 

→ With its fluid and greedy mouth it can be enjoyed as an aperitif or for teatime .

 

The wine tradition is exist brut (bottle, half bottle , magnum ) and semi-dry .

Cuvée VIGNES BEUGNEUX

 

This refined brut is composed of a single parcel of Pinot Noir, older area (+ 40 years) which gives it a fruity touch of yellow peach , apricot , raspberry and citrus (orange).

It is long with mineral,

toasted and undergrowth notes.

 

→ The Champagne region is ideal with a terrine , white meat or you can , of course , serve it an aperitif.

Cuvée PRESTIGE

 

A Blanc de Blancs ( 100% Chardonnay ) with finesse and delicacy with its floral nose , citrus (lemon) , white peach and plum .

In the mouth will feel slightly acid touches, buttery and silky .

 

→ As an aperitif , with a dish of the sea or with a cheese like the Comté you are sure to bewitch your taste buds.

This delicious wine is a Champagne Rosé produced by "macération". This old champenoise method  brings red fruit aromas , strawberries , cherries and raspberries. You will have a ground cover and round mouth with strawberry jam notes, tarte tatin and undergrowth.

 

→ It can be consumed as an aperitif, with tapas , white meat or dessert with red fruits .

This vintage champagne is the perfect balance between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged for 5 years in the vineyard.

its years of aging gives it a harmonious structure with character.
